Submission is a 3-step process:

  1. Please read all information below on exhibiting at Artists’ Network Gallery.
  2. Fill in the submission form accessed at the bottom of this page, send it to us, and then pay the submission fee.
  3. After review and jurying we will send a PayPal invoice for the total exhibition cost as described below.

Artists’ Network Gallery has three separate exhibit areas with 84 linear feet and 672 square feet of display space:

Sculpture and 3D work must include your own bases or plinths and will be located where suitable.

Costs: Members $1000, non-members $1600, + HST, and includes:

  • Gallery rental for 3 full weeks. We allow several days before and after for installation and take down.
  • Opening reception LCBO special occasion permit and consumables, staff, setup and cleanup, event photography.
  • Artists’ Network does not charge commission on artwork sales.
  • Assistance with show planning, installation and takedown, exhibition catalogue design, wall label design and printing.
  • Our communications and marketing team will actively promote your exhibition to all our channels including 1,000+ contact list.

Other duration: Costs for 1 and 2 week exhibitions will be prorated from above. Costs for an additional month are $800 (member) or $1400 (non-member), + HST. For all show duration’s list several date ranges on the submission form and we will work with your schedule.

Solo exhibition: Yes.

Group exhibition: One artist must be a member of the Artists’ Network to qualify for the member’s rate and is responsible to bring the other artist’s together.

Non-member’s: We welcome submissions from all artists. You are encouraged to join the Artists’ Network and you will automatically receive the member’s exhibition cost.

Events: Artist talks, demonstrations and art-making are welcome.

Gallery hours: Artists’ Network Gallery is located inside the Leslie Grove Field House at 1158 Queen St. E. Artists may attend during all hours listed, however we will confirm your potential gallery attendance to ensure it’s open.

Saturday Artists are welcome to open the gallery with prior arrangement.

Accessibility: The gallery and washrooms are fully accessible.

Jury: We jury all submissions for acceptable content and quality of original fine art only. We use an anonymous artistic criteria scoring system and multiple different jurors to minimize bias.

What happens next: After jurying a gallery coordinator will communicate with you on all details to plan your exhibition.

Art policy: Artists’ Network Gallery exhibits original fine art only.

We are committed to always act with fairness, honesty, integrity and openness; respect the opinions of others and treat all with equality and dignity without regard to gender, race, colour, creed, ancestry, place of origin, political beliefs, religion, marital status, disability, age, or sexual orientation. We expect the same from our artist members. We will not tolerate any abusive or threatening behaviour towards any member of our team. Refusal to comply with this policy may result in an artist being asked to withdraw from an exhibition immediately with no refund.
